About Santa Jeff...

Santa Jeff is a native Delaware resident and proud of it.

He spent 20 years as a Stay at Home Dad to his two daughters, which is what made him don the Red Suit the very first time. His oldest child was not one to be happy sitting on a stranger’s lap. So, in order to get memorable photos, there was no other choice.

 

To be truthful, for most of his adult life, he was not a very big fan of the Christmas season. Many years working in the local mall pretty much extinguished the light he had inside as a child.

Santa Jeff learned quite a bit about the magic and wonder of belief while spending 6 years living nextdoor to a famous mouse in Central Florida. When he returned to Delaware with a new sense of independence, he set out on a mission of self discovery.

 

His beard grew longer and his hair had started looking much grayer by the time he met the love of his life. She just happened to be a third grade teacher and thought that her class could use a visit from Good Ole Saint Nick. And that was all it took to reignite the flame in his heart. Much like a certain Mean Green Guy, Jeff’s heart grew 3 sizes that day and he truly became Santa Jeff. He saw the magic, the wonder, the belief in the children’s eyes, and it was infectious. Each year he revisits the school and each year has the same effect as the first. Many of the children know who he is the other 11 months of the year, but for some that day, he IS Santa Claus.

 

His quest to the best began as he absorbed as much of the Santa Spirit as he could. He became entrenched in the Santa Community… which is much larger that you would expect. He attends workshops regularly and is a 2026 graduate of the Charles W. Howard Santa School in Midland, Michigan, the largest and oldest Santa School in the country. He is always learning more and more, perfecting his craft, and becoming the best Santa he can be.

 

With his renewed love of the Christmas Spirit, Santa Jeff has made it his goal to spread it as far and wide as possible. You might catch him out and about during the holiday season looking very much as the Big Guy should, dressed in red with touches of fur.  Yes, the kids see him too, but as he tells them, “either my magic is broken… and I know its not… or you must be on the REALLY Goos List. Only the best of the best can actually see me like this!” Little jaws tend to drop with that knowledge… and sometimes so do Moms’ and Dads’.

 

Santa Jeff would love nothing more than to help you create holiday memories and traditions that will last several lifetimes.
